APRIL - IT'S TIME FOR A NEW WEBSITE! OUR NEW USA WEBSITE IS COMING, OFFERING EXCLUSIVE USA ARTIST LICENSED PRODUCTS
JUNE- IT'S DELIVERY TIME. THE NEW COLLECTION DELIVERED TO YOUR STORE.
Now for the nitty-gritty.
Items will ship from Third Drawer Down USA LLC warehouse located in Los Angeles, California.
Orders below $500 incur a $50 packing and domestic freight
Orders above $501 and below $1500 incur domestic freight charges yet no packing fee
Orders above $1501 incur nothing but a good time and more margin
* Unless you contact us that you want to pay for insurance, packages are by default uninsured and we cannot assume liability for loss.
* For all free freight listed above we use USPS Ground - we can quote on Fed Ex / DHL / UPS options on request but freight will not be free
And the even more nitty-gritty.
ORDERING:
1. We accept direct bank transfer, Paypal and cheques - please note Paypal payments incur a 2.4%
2. All orders are PREPAID only, unless approved by Third Drawer Down USA LLC for 30 day credit terms.
3. Overdue invoices incur a 5% late fee over the approved credit term for account holders
4. For any backordered items we will send these at a later date or as requested by customer.
5. Items are not sold individually, only in MOQ. Prices are in USD
6. Pricelist effective until 08/01/18. Prices may change without prior notice
7. Prices do not include state taxes.
8. MSRP prices will be sent with your order
RETURNS POLICY:
1. No returns can be accepted without prior approval from THIRD DRAWER DOWN USA LLC and not after 1 month from the invoice date.
2. All returned goods must be in SALEABLE CONDITION that is at the discretion of THIRD DRAWER DOWN USA LLC
